Wise Wednesday #2: Finding Flow

This week, as we are past one holiday and heading for another, we at Kroft Solutions know that this is a time where people are ready for the break and are just highlighing cells in excel or playing with ChatGPT. We get it! We are ready for a much needed break too!

Currently, we are working to find our flow, even if that means we are churning out work and posts for the next few weeks so that we are truly prepared for the holidays and to relax. Our current focus is obtaining clients and providing quality work and services to our current ones. In that, we also let them know we are working to get things prepped because we dont like to work last minute, especially when family is so important to us. Kroft Solutions will do anything to ensure family time is first on the list.

In working for our flow, we prep and plan posts that make sense, create artwork and graphics that fit silly themes or the upcoming holidays, and we lean into chaos as much as possible, without losing ourselves. We also take the time to reflect, because as we know that we are ones to hyper-fixate and zone in hard on projects, that isnt productive in other areas of life. Our goal for 2025 is to find perfect work-life balance and ensure our clients see what we care about. Family and quality work. Both can be at the top of the list without sacrificing the other. While it is a delicate balance, we're committed to finding it.
